Someone needs to fix your app; its not working!!! ASAP

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Most of the time I cant login. I tried calling Macys for support - no help. VERY disappointed Macys can catch up to basic technology

You mean Macys has no app for the iPad???? This one only shows a barcode-reader??!!?!!!

I installed this app thinking it would help me search for an item at Macys. The only choice I had was to scan the item to put in my bag. My intention was to search the site not scan a barcode! This app is useless! Planning to uninstall now.

Downloaded app but thats about it. It doesnt work.

This app appears to be a shopping app but it is a glorified scanner?? I dont want to scan items... I thought it would be a simple way to shop Macys, not so. Also locks up on the scanner screen and you cannot get off the first screen using an iPad mini...

I thought this was a shopping app, but was disappointed to find out that it is just a scanner app.

This app wont allow me to do the one thing it was designed to do- shop! Ill take my business elsewhere.

Is there something more to it? I just want to use the old Macys app & I cant find it. This app is ridiculous & takes you no where!!!

Dont get it. Why not just have a store/brand app?

Its a nothing app. It tells you to scan a barcode.

Cannot get past the barcode. what were they thinking? This is terrible. No wonder it is free.

This is for certain stores.... This is not the regular app.

Could not get to anything on app other than bar code camera and empty shopping cart! Ugh! Deleted. Would give it zero stars but have to put in one,?

Ive downloaded it 2x (several weeks ago & today). The screen options are an empty shopping bag or a blank screen (with the choices of <<back, scan barcode or shopping bag>>. The only button that works to navigate is the shopping bag, which of course is empty.

That was trouble!!!! Im gone delete it as soon as possible!

It doesnt work. Get a Macys app that works to shop online.

I downloaded this app to see the pictures of the items I was buying on my iPad for a bigger view, but the app is BLANK!!! I read other reviews and experienced the same issues. Im deleting and will use the app that is on my Droid Razr instead. If I could give the app zero stars, I would.

I downloaded this app..... But surprise is empty so my wife start to bother me because she can see nothing (is better for my wallet) but anyway one star.

I downloaded and deleted twice. Blank screen, no options to shop.
